Service Center: pay a bill, file a claim, get what you need.
Bills and claims go straight to your insurance company, and every link is below. For certificates, ID cards and policy changes, send us a request and we'll take it from there.
The eGoodwin Insurance Service Center is where clients handle everyday policy needs. Bills are paid directly to your insurance company, and claims are reported to its claims line. The carrier directory below links to each company's billing and claims pages. For certificates of insurance, ID cards, policy changes (adding a car or driver, a new address, a mortgagee) and policy reviews, email service@egoodwininsurance.com or call (740) 387-8335, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. After hours, call your insurance company's claims line first. eGoodwin Insurance is an independent agency with offices in Marion and Powell, Ohio.

Don't see your company, or not sure which one you have? Call us and we'll walk you through it.
After an accident or loss. Four steps, in this order.
It's hard to think clearly right after a crash, a fire or a flooded basement. Keep this list handy.
Make sure everyone is safe
Check on everyone involved and call 911 if anyone is hurt or there's a hazard like fire, a gas smell or downed lines. If you're on the road and can move safely, get out of traffic and turn on your hazards.
Document what happened
Take photos of the damage and the scene. After a car accident, swap names, phone numbers and insurance details with the other driver and note the police report number if officers respond. At home, take reasonable steps to prevent more damage, like shutting off the water or covering a hole in the roof, and keep your receipts. Hold on to damaged items until the adjuster has seen them, when you can.
Call your insurance company's claims line
Use the claims link in the carrier directory above, or the claims number on your ID card or in your insurer's app. Have your policy number handy if you can. The insurer opens the claim and assigns an adjuster.
Call us so we can help
Let us know at (740) 387-8335 during business hours. We can help you understand your coverage, answer questions as the claim moves along and follow up with the insurance company when you need us to. We work for you, not an insurance company.
Two offices. One phone number.
Stop by either office during business hours, or call (740) 387-8335 and we'll help you from wherever you are in Ohio.

Service questions. Straight answers.
How do I pay my insurance bill?
Most bills are paid directly to your insurance company, not to our office. Find your company in the carrier directory and use its payment link, or call the number on your bill.
Not sure which company you have, or something on the bill looks off? Call us at (740) 387-8335 during business hours and we'll sort it out with you.
How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
We handle certificate requests during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. Email service@egoodwininsurance.com with the certificate holder's name and address and any wording the requester needs, or call us.
If you need it for a specific job or deadline, tell us the date when you ask. The sooner we have the details, the easier it is to get it right.
Who do I call after hours or on a weekend if I have a claim?
Call your insurance company's claims line. You'll find it on your ID card or in your insurer's app, and the carrier directory links to each company's claims page. That's the fastest way to open a claim when our office is closed.
Then let us know the next business day at (740) 387-8335, so we can help you follow it through.
Can you add a car to my policy today?
Call us during business hours with the year, make and model (or the VIN), who will drive it and where it will be kept. We'll walk you through what's needed and get the request in.
A change isn't in effect until we confirm it with you, so please don't treat an email or voicemail as coverage. If you're buying on a weekend, call us first thing on the next business day, or call before you buy if you can.
How do I get new ID cards?
Email service@egoodwininsurance.com or call us, and tell us which car, boat or motorcycle the cards are for. Many insurance companies also let you view or download ID cards on their website or app.
I moved or refinanced. What do I need to update?
Let us know your new address, and if you refinanced, the new lender's name and loan number so we can update the mortgagee on your home policy. A move can also change where your cars are garaged, which matters for your auto policy.
It's a good moment for a quick review, since a new address can change your coverage needs.
Should I call you or my insurance company first after an accident?
Safety first, always. Then call your insurance company's claims line to open the claim, and call us so we can help. If it's during business hours and you're not sure what to do, call us at (740) 387-8335 and we'll point you in the right direction.
I'm not sure which insurance company I have. How do I find out?
Check your ID card, your declarations page or a recent bill. The company name is on each of them. Still not sure? Call us. Because we're an independent agency, your home and auto may even be with different companies, and we can tell you which is which.
Anything else we can help with?
Need something not listed here?
Just ask.
Call us or send an email, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Eastern. A real person in Marion or Powell will help.
