The Quick Answer
The eGoodwin Insurance concierge program is a free directory of local businesses our clients recommend and that we believe deliver high-quality service. When a client needs help we don't provide, like a dentist, an accountant or a jeweler, we point them to businesses in the directory. A business gets listed by being recommended, or by submitting itself, on our recommend a business page.

How It Works
Good help is hard to find. Our clients already found some.
Looking for a trustworthy contractor, dentist or accountant can be frustrating. Online reviews only go so far. A name from someone you know usually goes further.
That's the idea behind our concierge program. It's a field guide to local businesses that our clients have recommended and that we believe do high-quality work. When a client asks us who to call for something outside insurance, we point them to the Concierge Directory.
For the businesses, it's simple: there's no cost to be listed. You get a spot in our directory and the word-of-mouth that comes with it.
How a business gets listed. Three steps.

Recommend the business
Fill out the short recommend a business form. Clients and friends can suggest a business they trust, and owners can submit their own.

We follow up
We'll reach out about the recommendation if we have questions or need details for the listing.

It joins the directory
Businesses we add appear in the Concierge Directory with their category, address, phone and a short description.
